These are merely suggestions. Our Catering Managers would be pleased to customize a menu to meet your needs.

Guest Guarantee Policy

During your first initial conversation with us, we will ask you how many guests you are expecting at your event. That number of guest is your guest guarantee. You may increase your guest guarantee until Two (2) Business days prior to your event.

You have until Five (5) Business days prior to your event to decrease your guest attendance. However, we reserve the right to increase your food cost per guest if your guest attendance decreases more than 20% of your original guest guarantee. After the deadline of Five (5) business days, you may not decrease your guest guarantee. You will be charged for the actual guest attendance, or your guest guarantee, whichever is greater.

Contract and Deposit Policy

We will send you an event proposal for your perusal. Once your event and menu are confirmed, we will send your contract and deposit requirements to you. Please read the contract carefully then sign, date and return to us with your deposit. Your deposit requirements will be 75% of your food cost and is due immediately upon receipt and acceptance of the contract, no later than 7 Business days past the date on the contract.

Payments may be made by Check or Cash. Credit cards are accepted with a service fee of 2.5% of the total invoice. Cancellation of your event constitutes forfeiture of your deposit

Bar service and Event Policy

Our catering directors would be happy to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have regarding our compliance with the Alcohol Beverage Control Laws.

Alcoholic beverages will only be served to person at least 21 years of age. All Patrons are subject to requests to present a valid photo identification card. Alcoholic beverage service will not be provided to those patrons who fail to present a valid form of photo identification.

We reserve the right to refuse bar service to any patron we feel has had too much to drink. In the event we spot a problem, our service staff will inform the manager on duty and we will make contact with you to keep you informed of the situation.

Last call for bar service will be announced 45 minutes prior to the end of your event, with the bar closing ½ hour prior to the end of the event. Events are based on a four-hour function time. Bar service is prohibited for more than a four-hour period of time.

Many of our off premise events require the client to supply alcoholic beverages according to the guidelines of the establishments alcohol license. We carry two million dollars of liability insurance as required by most facilities in order for our service staff to serve the alcoholic beverages.

You agree to begin the event promptly at the scheduled time and vacate the premises at the termination time indicated on the signed contract.

Food Policy

No Food may be brought into or taken out of the rental facility in accordance to the Jefferson County Health Department policy, with the exception of wedding cake. Buffet Dinners will be replenished for a one hour time period. Hors D’ Oeuvre receptions will be replenished for a two-hour time period.

Prices, Service Charges and Taxes

All of our prices are subject to change without notice. A 25% taxable service charge is applied to all food and beverage, and 6% Kentucky state sales tax will be added to the invoice. If an organization is tax exempt, a certificate of exemption must be on record in our office.

* Fees are based in a four-hour function time. Any Additional time will be billed at a rate of $250.00 per hour.
